Wildlife Wedding Invitations

People love spending their free time outdoors, especially when the weather allows them they grab every minute of it in enjoying the possibilities offered by such an option. I know a couple who whenever they have holiday they spend it doing some of the most beautiful activities one can do outdoors. They go diving in the ocean or go in a Safari in Zambia. They are old customers of a travel agency that offers often discounts for this kind of holidays and whenever they come back from there they are loaded with photos of the wild creatures that had encountered. Each time they say that they can never have enough because to them every trip is new, revealing them faces of a wildlife they hadn't met before in their previous trips.

It was a delight for this couple to spend so many special moments together, to share these experiences together, that it wasn't too much of a surprise for me to find out one day that they are planning to get married. She called me to let me know the news and I congratulated her on the occasion. She apologized that she had to announce me like that, as she preferred that I received a wedding invitation instead. I assured her that I was quite all right with the thing; in fact I felt a kind of privileged to be counted among the few ones to know about the big event. Before I finished my sentence I heard her asking me to come over and help her with something. So I grabbed my jacket and off I went. I found both of my friends in a middle of a dilemma. They didn't know what was best to do regarding their wedding invitations.

As the wedding was supposed to be made in one of the locations they knew best, Zambia, they needed everybody who was invited to know that their wedding was actually taking place in a wildlife location. Then I asked them what the problem was? They answered that the only wildlife wedding invitations available on different websites were the ones either embossed with deer, doves or horses or stylized figures of some bunnies or peacocks. But that was all they could find.

The news they gave me wasn't such of a big surprise, with the location I mean, as I knew they were obsessed with the wildness, but the problem was indeed finding a way to mark their theme on their wildlife wedding invitations. I wasn't too much of a creative mind but I asked them why not using the photos from their previous trips be a way to print to their invitation cards. The best solution was for them to go to a printer shop and ask the personnel from there to assist them with the printing in order to incorporate the wildlife photos on a paper worth being transformed in a wedding invitation. It seemed that my idea made their day! They found it brilliant and assured me that the most beautiful photo of a wildlife snap shot will belong to the wedding invitation destined to be mine. Another reason for me to feel honored, again!
