How To Create Wedding Invitations




Some tips to get you started: General – Regarding parents, the practice is that it shows “Mr. and Mrs.” followed by the first and last name of the father. If parents are divorced, the first line, it says “Mrs.” followed by given name and maiden name of mother. The second line is mentioned as the Father above.




If your parents get along well and have remarried, nothing prevents you to specify the new spouses.
For a widow, the agreements specify a need to “Madam” followed by the first and last name of her husband if she is not remarried. Otherwise, proceed as if she was divorced.

Make wedding announcement solemn – The parents and grandparents married announce the marriage. On the left are listed the family of the bride, right, the groom’s. It starts by telling the maternal grandparents and paternal. Then are listed the names of married followed by particulars of the ceremony and reception. Finally there is the address of the parents.
